What is included with my tumbler/cup? 

Each tumbler/cup comes with a lid and a straw. You will also be provided with care instructions.

Can I wash my tumbler/cup in the dishwasher? 

It's recommended to hand wash only. Care instructions are sent with all tumbler/cup orders. Please read care instructions to ensure longevity.

What is the lead/processing time? 

All custom tumblers/cups are made to order and will be processed between 2-14 calendar days, except Sundays. If you need a tumbler/cup for a special event, please order at least 3-4 weeks in advance. Please contact us prior to placing order, consultation required.

What is the refund, return or exchange policy?

We do not accept returns on custom orders due to customizations. Sales are final on all custom orders. If you are not satisfied with your order, please feel free to contact us.

Which carrier will deliver my item(s)?

Your item(s) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS for all shipments. Carrier depends on the size and/or weight of box. Tracking number(s) will be issued to you upon shipping. 

Do you ship on Saturday's? 

Yes, orders are shipped Monday-Saturday. *Please take note, we do not ship on Sundays.

What if my order(s) is lost, stolen, delayed or missing?

U Press'd by ShayBianca assumes no responsibilities for any delivery issue(s) such as lost/missing or stolen package(s). Once item(s) leaves our facility and has been logged with the carrier, U Press'd by ShayBianca will not be held responsible for delivery issue(s). We are not required to replace or refund orders with said issues, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

How long will my tumbler last?
Tumblers will last a very long time as long the care instructions are followed. 

• Hand wash only
• Do not soak (does not apply to sublimated tumblers)
• Not dishwasher safe
• Do not microwave

• Excessive scrubbing (applies to snow globe tumblers)
• Harsh chemicals such as bleach etc.
• Extreme heat or cold temperatures
